"The monument was set in 2003 but has not yet been accepted into the NGS database. It is located on the north side of Rt 9 (Flemings Landing Road) at the roadside edge of the grounds of the old school house near Cedar Swamp Road. It is a Berntsen commemorative disk stamped 2000 Delaware Population Center Marker, CEDAR SWAMP, and its coordinates are 39° 24' 19.90589 (N), 75° 35' 19.08456 (W)."
