The former Sequatchie County Bank building in Dunlap was built in 1909 per its stone near the roof. This building envelops a whole city block and resides on the southeast corner of TN State Hwy 28 and Old York Hwy East.
The building is a two story, red brick building which now contains shops and stores. Some of the stores include the Free Spirit Hair Studio and Day Spa, the Game Shack Cafe, among others.
