The town of Leven is situated in the Kingdom of Fife in Scotland on the coast of the Firth of Forth. The bowling club in the town was established in 1865 and its green lies within a hundred yards or so from the coast next to the town's golf links.

It can be found between the 17th tee and 18th green, and has a clubhouse running along the eastern side. A wall and hedge surround the remaining sides in what is an exposed location.
