The road runs from the Old- to the New Dora Observatory and is behind a defensive hill inside the DMZ zone (visit link) .
Inside the hill is a shelter that is decorated with many kinds of flowers in bright colors made and signed by Korean artist LEODAV.
Also, the wall along the hill is decorated with flowers.
