This is a small museum, founded decades ago (in the 60's) and untouched since then. So the exhibit techniques and collection are quite obsolete. Nevertheless there are interesting items. Although the German influence is clear most of the labels are in English.
It's pretty much a room. Staff is a security guy and a lady who's in charge. Opening times are very narrow: from 15:00 to 17:00. Tickets costs 30 Namibian Dollars.
