Obituary - Michael Gazzola, 101, of 338 Gazzola Drive, East Patchogue, died March 16 at his residence. He was born in Italy and had been a resident of this area for the past 85 years. He was a retired employee from the Suffolk County Highway Department.
Mr. and Mrs. Gazzola celebrated 71 years of marriage last December.
He is survived by his wife, Rose Gazzola of East Patchogue; four sons, Jack, William, Ralph Gazzola of East Patchogue, and Robert Gazzola of Centereach; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Mandzak of Lake Grove, Mrs. Lucy Peterson of Florida and Mrs. Kathryn Musso of Patchogue; 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
