Located in Hawthorne, Florida just off of US Highway 301 is the Lindsey Phillips Park. Built in 1973 as a wayside park named after Guy Lindsey and James W. Phillips this park serves the small rural community of Hawthorne.

Adjacent to Lake Johnson the park has a boat ramp, fishing pier, covered pavilion with picnic tables right on the lake at the pier, playground, multiple ADA accessible covered picnic tables on concrete slabs with charcoal grills and a restroom building.

This park is well shaded by oak trees and is in the heart of downtown Hawthorne.
