This webcam is mounted on part of a complex of Soviet-era apartment buildings near the Magadan International Airport. The building in the close view is Kindergarten No. 64 "Golden Cockerel". At the left edge you can see the Church of the Exaltation of the Cross (Russian Orthodox) and at the right edge you can see the top of a hangar for the airport.
