This piece is called "Music Notes III"
Standing in the center of a set of other sculptures, on a round steel base, as usual, but, the louvered flat upright piece, and instead of stair-stepped sections, here they they are split by large circles, with music notes inside..
It has other musical notes, and a treble-clef attached in various places up the column. Standing about 8 feet tall, it is a nice rusting color, sans any paint at any time in it's life.

This is one of the sculptures scattered about the small green abutments in this parking lot. The are all over the place.
