"It is a building made up of spaces that correspond to various construction moments, with a chronology that extends from the 14th century to the 18th century and architectural styles that evolve from Gothic forms to Renaissance and Baroque forms. Initially the church consisted of a single nave with four sections marked by buttresses on the inside and buttresses on the outside. The door and the openings are pointed and have molding on the thread. This entire part, along with the chapel with a barrel vault on the Gospel side , could correspond to the 14th and 15th centuries.

The main chapel is square and of the same width as the nave, and separated from it by a triumphal arch. This space is covered with a simple octopartite ribbed vault. Its chronology extends from the second half of the 15th century to the beginning of the 16th century.

To this complex was added in the 16th century a sacristy that is located to the south of the main chapel and the first section of the nave, and a bell tower attached to the western gable of wide proportions and poorly articulated surfaces, which, although structurally Still Gothic, it has semicircular embrasures in a classical key.

Finally, already in the 18th century, the church was doubled on the Gospel side with a building with a nave divided into five sections, covered with star-shaped ribbed vaults of terceletes and warped, except for the western and eastern sections that were covered with vaults. simple octopartite and quadripartite ribbing, respectively.

This church is the venue for numerous concerts. In 2022, due to the war in Ukraine, the charity concerts for Ukraine have featured the participation of Anastasia Golub, soprano, first soloist of the National Opera and Ballet Theater of Odessa (Ukraine)."
