The Catholic Church of Mary Immaculate constructed in 1856 is the oldest Jesuit Church built in Australia. The church has stuccoed random stone walls and a corrugated iron gable roof, a single arched window above the entrance door and three simple pointed arched windows on side walls.
The graveyard is to one side of the church and contains approx 200 graves
