Karlsson on the Roof is a little fat man with a propeller on his back, a well-known figure of the Swedish writer Astrid Lindgren.
Karlsson on the roof is about Little Brother, who is a lonely child, but together with Karlsson he experiences many things. Karlsson has a propeller on his back so he can fly. The propeller comes out when he presses his navel. It is unknown whether Karlsson is real or Little Brother's imaginary friend.
