This beautiful fountain can be seen in Fórum Algarve, a shopping center just outside Faro, the capital town of the Southernmost region of Portugal.
It's rounded, with two basins. The water flows vertically in the upper basin and fills the lower basin. It's covered in blue mosaic, of the kind used in swimming pools.
Access is possible from 9 AM to 1 AM.
