The old Zenda Jail is just south of the Zenda Rural Fire Department - in Zenda, Kansas.

This old one-cell jail or "calaboose" is just south of the Zenda Rural Fire Department. The cell door is open and visitors can go inside and look out through the bars. The cell still has the iron rings that were used to shackle prisoners. The date of construction is unknown.
