The older shed is light brown corrugated iron with a peaked roof on the southern half, and a skillion roof on the north side of the 10m x 10m base. There is a grey roller door to each side. There is a small corrugated iron water tank between it and the newer shed. The signage on this shed is 'TOMINGLEY BUSHFIRE BRIGADE'. A grass apron to the front.

The newer shed to the north is a mist-green Colorbond shed of 6m x 10m and stands about 7m tall with a low-pitched Colorbond roof. It has a single green roller door that also faces a grass apron. Tolmingley is a blip on the rural map, with less than ~400 population.
