Eskimo Joes and its iconic logo began in 1975 from a doodle on a napkin. The rest is history. Known as Stillwater’s Jumpin’ little Juke Joint, the campus bar turned famous restaurant is world famous. The mascots Eskimo Joe and Buffy (the huskie) have become popular figures from the hundreds of shirt designs to public appearances and the door handles at their famous restaurant.
