Dublin takes pride in their Irish heritage with this artistic welcome sign, in the form of a four-leaf shamrock. This sign is on US 377 (Patrick Street), right after the exit from US 277 (if you are westbound and took the Dublin exit). That portion of 277 is now called the "Dublin Bypass" and a geocache here urges visitors to not bypass Dublin. There is also a brass dedication plaque on the rock planter in which the shamrock is set.
