This U.S. Benchmark is in front of the Recreation Building at the Dublin High School Complex. The mark is set in the base of a flagpole pier. Note that you are not looking for the pier that actually has a flagpole in it! The mark is designated J 194 and stamped with the year 1933. The stamping are worn (it looks like lawn mowers have ground on it a bit) but are still (barely) legible.
