"12th century. Romanesque-Gothic.
Located in the Alameda, on the rock that houses the carballeira ("oak grove") of the same name, this church stands, one of the temples consecrated by Archbishop Xelmírez in 1102, to house the relics of Santa Susana brought from Portugal. The current temple is a reconstruction from the 17th and 18th centuries, which preserved as the only examples of the primitive Romanesque work, the main door, some modillions and the window with its skylight. The Gothic cross on the apex of the nave is also preserved."
