The Blandon Lions club owns and operates Maier's Grove park and has constructed this small band shell at the facility. Summer concerts occur here, in particular the Maidencreek Old-time Music Festival.
Apparently, just as the 2023 festival was going on (July 9), there was a severe thunderstorm with flooding which damaged the park. Here is a link to this event:
