Færdsel kan ske til fods eller på stierne med cykler. Draget oversvømmes ved højvande, så det kan være nødvendigt at vade til Hovedet, der er den vestligste del af odden.
English: Knudshoved Odde is 180 hectares of protected land with public access to hiking trails, forest and beach areas. There are several hiking trails in the area. The longest is 14 km from the outermost parking lot. Traffic can be done on foot or on the paths with bicycles. The drag is flooded at high tide, so it may be necessary to wade to Hovedet, which is the westernmost part of the headland.
