This location opened in September 2023. The store is about average in size for a new store, with three small round tables down the center in front of the barista area. On the long wall is a padded bench with about a half dozen tables of mixed sizes. There's a big table at the back of the store, as well as an outdoor patio with tables with canopies. You'll find an outlet or two along the wall, but your best bet is at your feet on that bench. The wi-fi signal is really good and shouldn't be a problem even if you're sharing the bandwidth with others.
