Located on the west side of the parking lot for the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation and just east of the Automotive Hall of Fame at 21400 Oakwood, Dearborn, MI 48124. This is a ChargePoint model CT-4000 dual port charging with locking holsters, with each port supplying up to 7.2 kW. The placement at this location seems interesting as it as the furthest point possible from the entrance to the museum. The status of the unit can be checked
here.
I was here to visit the
Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation. Located about 15 miles west of Detroit, Henry Ford amassed a collection of items that continues to impress. The list includes the chair Abraham Lincoln was sitting in when he was shot, An Oscar Mayer Wienermobile, The 1961 Lincoln Continental, SS-100-X in which President John F. Kennedy was riding when he was assassinated, The bus on which Rosa Parks was arrested for refusing to give up her seat, leading to the Montgomery bus boycott, etc. It is a must visit destination when coming to Michigan.
