Photos taken on 7 October 2023. The sculpture is made out of bronze and features 2 figures holding a large wheel with depictions of various innovations in Everett. Stands about 5 feet tall by 10 feet wide. No dedication plaque was found when I visited. There are roughly 150 bricks in the center of the plaza. One particular brick says, "Bob and Irene Rommel".
