This bench mark is found on the north end of the bridge where North Santa Rosa Street ends in a junction with Cameron Street at the San Pedro Creek Culture Park. This is where the San Pedro Creek blends in with the San Antonio River.

The bridge over the San Pedro Creek essentially marks were the creek blends with the San Antonio River to flow through downtown San Antonio as the popular San Antonio Riverwalk. The bridge is where North Santa Rosa Street ends with its junction with Cameron Street. On the north side of this bridge, about 20 feet from a Texas historical marker titled "San Pedro Creek" (see: WMC54N), is where the bench mark is embedded horizontally into the concrete of the bridge.
