The Oklahoma City University School of Law had its inaugural classes January 12, 2015. Before that time the building was the Oklahoma City High school erected in 1909.
On the NE corner above the 4th floor windows is a coat of arms mounted on the facade of the building. This coat of arms features an anvil, hammer and pliers or tongs. These seem to be the tools of a blacksmith, possibly referencing the original High School's task of forming young minds.
