The Survey Disk is set in a drill hole in the top of a concrete bulkhead on the south side of the Burke-Gilman bike and walking trail in Fremont District of Seattle. Its stamped "WALLIN" and "1977" and is about 250 meters west of the north end of the Fremont Bridge on the north shore of the Lake Washington Ship Canal.
