This howitzer is part of the "Come Gave All Memorial" in the front of the VFW Post 9264 on Lehigh Street in Macungie, PA. It is really well preserved, as the VFW takes good care of it. There are big tires and the business end of the cannon is about 8 ft long.
My non-knowledgeable estimate is that it is from the mid 20th century, so World War II through Vietnam war was when it may have seen action.
