El Mirador de San Cristóbal te va a sorprender, seguro; mucho menos conocido que el de San Nicolás, nos ofrece una vista totalmente distinta a la que allí podíamos disfrutar.
Situado en la Carretera de Múrcia, junto a la Iglesia que le da nombre, el mirador contempla el sur y suroeste de la ciudad. Podemos ver la Muralla Zirí del siglo XI, que da paso a la Alcazaba Cadima; el Palacio de Dar al-Horra y el Convento de Santa Isabel la Real; la Catedral y los tejados del barrio del Sagrario; la Alhambra y tras ella, eterna, Sierra Nevada.
The Mirador de San Cristóbal will surprise you, for sure; Much less known than that of San Nicolás, it offers us a totally different view from the one we could enjoy there.
Located on the Múrcia Highway, next to the Church that gives it its name, the viewpoint contemplates the south and southwest of the city. We can see the Zirí Wall from the 11th century, which gives way to the Cadima Alcazaba; the Palace of Dar al-Horra and the Convent of Santa Isabel la Real; the Cathedral and the roofs of the Sagrario neighborhood; the Alhambra and behind it, eternal, Sierra Nevada.
