The collection includes juvenile, young adult and adult books, audio CDs, music CDs, DVDs, magazines, museum passes, puzzles and online databases including our Access PA and Power Library databases. Digital collections such as eBooks, eAudios, eMagazines, music, movies and more are also available for patrons which can be downloaded to a computer, eReader, tablet or other mobile device.
THey have joined forces with other local libraries to make borrowing even easier through the Lehigh Carbon Library Cooperative (LCLC), where books not on the shelf can be borrowed from other libraries and delivered here.
There are 10 computers that offer high-speed Internet access as well as MS Office 2019 productivity suite ; public WiFi is also available. Color and black & white printing, copy, fax and scanning services are also available. Mobile printing is also available.
There is a Summer Children’s Reading Program and a Toddler & Pre-School Children’s Program during the fall, winter and spring months as well as programs for adults such as the Adult Summer Reading Club, LML book club, and monthly presentations on various topics.
To receive a library card, one can apply at the Circulation Desk and present a driver’s license or other proof of ID. One can also register online for a card. If you are under 18 years old, you must apply with a parent.
