This former Canada Post building is located at the corner of Kent and Peel Streets. The building was opened in 1910 and at one point held Simcoe's Town Hall offices and a Bank of Montreal.
In 1981 it was bought by the Carlos Ventin Architects for offices. The building was designated a heritage building by the former Town of Simcoe in 1981. As of 2023 it is listed as the North School Cluster.
