En la rotonda de la A-IV, sobre una de las rotondas. se encuentran estos dos hermosos Galgos.
Estan hechos de Bronce y son parte de la historia de el Carpio, se utilizaron para la caza, carreras, fiestas, etc.

Según cuentan, el apodo de “galgos» tiene su origen en una procesión que discurría por las calles del pueblo (en los “años del hambre»), durante la cual, los asistentes, al ver pasar una liebre, soltaron la imagen que portaban y salieron a correr detrás de ella.
