This Oklahoma Historical Marker is about a tenth of a mile up the Washington Irving Scenic Trail, in the Washington Irving South Recreation Area at Lake Keystone. There is ample parking right at the trailhead. The marker text is:

In his book, "Tour of the Prairies," Washington Irving tells of fording the Arkansas River and camping at Bear's Glen just to the south of here. Irving crossed the Arkansas in a "Bull Boat," one made froma buffalo skin stretched over limbs to form the shape of a bowl. After fording, he camped in what Irving described as a "wild rocky dell bordered by lofty ridges," one of which is this ridge.
