Homer McKenzie, aka Shorty the Barber, cutting the hair of a grandson, Jonathan Leiber; McKenzie at 83 passed away in 2016. Lieber owns the Heating and A/C business in the other half of this building. Lee McKenzie now runs the shop. The shop has been at this site for over 60 years.
The barber pole outside is old and faded. It is inside glass and rotates, and has a light that still works.
