Het beeldje staat in een grasperkje met diverse kersenbomen.
Aan de stoep, voor het veldje, staat een ijzeren boek met daarin een bladzijden met uitleg over het beeldje.
Het beeldje is gerelateerd aan de carnavals vereniging in Gendt.
Het stelt voor een jongetje van 13 jaar met een ratel die de vogels weg moet jagen bij de kersenbomen.

The statue stands in a lawn with several cherry trees.
On the sidewalk, in front of the field, is an iron book containing pages with an explanation about the statue.
The statue is related to the carnival association in Gendt.
It depicts a 13-year-old boy with a rattle who has to chase the birds away from the cherry trees.
