These Boots are a joint fundraising project of the Cheyenne Depot Museum Foundation and the Downtown Development Authority, and was produced by local artists. Several of these eight-foot-tall cowboy boots were placed in and around downtown Cheyenne.

"Twenty-five hand-painted 8-foot-tall boots in Cheyenne can talk, and each has a unique story." This boot is decorated with oxen apparently walking on a city street. There is a brown strap and the toe is tooled leather. Placement was in 2020.
