Row Lake - Batesville, AR - Fishing Holes on Waymarking.com

Row Lake (spelled this way on the sign on site but as "Rowe" at the link) allows fishing, with some restrictions. According to the signs, fishing here does not require licenses or permits, but rather is allowed for those under seventeen, those over sixty-two, and those with disabilities.
