"Among the monuments, the parish church of San Bartolomé stands out, dating from the 18th century. It is a temple with neoclassical traces with three naves separated by pillars on which semicircular arches rest. It is interesting to highlight its main altarpiece, also neoclassical, presided over by Saint Joseph, as well as an oil painting of the Child Jesus, Savior of the world located in the rectory dated to the 17th century.

A three-section belfry stands out among the whitewashed houses of Aguadulce, the church of San Bartolomé appears before the eyes of drivers and passers-by proudly displaying its bell tower, where the bells resonate next to a balcony that allows the luckiest to enjoy some nice views of the town. A small square allows you to admire the bare ashlar façade of the parish, where you can rest in the shade of trees under the watchful eye of the statue of the Virgin that reigns in the center. The church was born with a single nave in the 17th century but after a series of renovations it has come to have the current three. The central one, with its enormous barrel vault, is separated from the side ones by large pillars joined by semicircular arches and inside it houses a valuable oil painting from the 17th century as well as pieces of goldwork from the 18th century."
