Photos taken on 13 August 2020 and 6 September 2023. The fountain is located at the entrance to the Mission Hacienda Plaza along Camino Capistrano. The fountain has several catch basins, with the lowest one being converted to a flower pot. You can really see the difference in the flowers over the three years between each of the photos.
