The Pakistan Monument is located on the top of a hill in Islamabad. It's a bit far from the center - if there is such thing as a center in this city - so an Uber / Taxi will be necessary for visitors without an own vehicle.
The monument is extremely beautiful and from the place one will be able to have an excellent view over Islamabad.
