AT ONEIDA, ALONG THE SOUTHERN RAILWAY, 128 YARDS EAST-NORTHEAST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE STATION, SET VERTICALLY IN THE SOUTH FACE OF THE SOUTH BRICK WALL OF THE ONEIDA BANK AND TRUST COMPANY BUILDING, 17 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, 132 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTH RAIL OF THE MAIN TRACK, 91 1/2 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTH RAIL OF A SIDETRACK, 41 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE CENTER OF A JUNCTION OF BANK AND DEPOT STREETS, 28 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF DEPOT STREET, 11 1/2 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING, AND ABOUT 3 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE GROUND.
