You have to connect your device to "Trollhattan_Gotanet_Open", accept the terms of service and may use the wireless network for 60 minutes. The transfer rate is limited to 5 Mbit/s, that is somewhere in the speed range of 3G+. So it's not fast for most current smart phones, but it is free and it may save some of your quota.
