The speckled orange-brown brick building has a flat roof, with a commemorative statue for the Kilkivan Great Horse Ride in front. The Shire Library and Public Hall was opened 9th December, 1967 (from a plaque on the wall of the hall). It was closed, so I couldn't ascertain the full details on WiFi, or number of computers.
