An Ontario Department of Highways survey monument on the overpass which carries Highway 401 over Centre St in Napanee. This section of Centre St was also Kings Highway 41 which travelled north from Napanee to Highway 17 in Pembroke. TABLET IS SET HORIZONTALLY IN THE WEST FACE OF THE EAST CONCRETE ABUTMENT, BEING THE EASTERLY LIMIT OF THE BRIDGE OPENING. T ABLET IS 67 CM NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER AND 1.07 M ABOVE THE GROUND LEVEL."
