This well is quite well done for those I have seen in the country.
It is stone or celento with white tile on the outside and a pretty decent pulley system.
Attached is a photo of another one, which is the one that has been found the most around here: circular made of brick and with a system in which they place a string on a stick or iron and a plastic bucket, which sometimes is a carafe.
