This vertical survey mark is on the front of St. Stephen Town Hall. Even with the following description, it wasn’t easy to spot! Hopefully my photo will help.

“St._stephen town hall (former post office), at south side of milltown blvd. About 90 m west of king street, bolt in north or front wall, 2.1 m west of easterly doorway, in second course of stonework below water table, 50 cm above sidewalk.”
