This sign placed at a dead end road reminds people there is No Dumping, but if you are dumping then just Smile for the camera.
Sign reads:

If you are dumping illegally
smile for the camera!
So… what are you supposed to do if you are dumping legally?
Also can dumping actually be legal?
Also after checking the area I did not see any cameras. It would be nice knowing which way to face while you’re smiling.
