Photos taken on 29 October 2022 and 17 March 2019. The relief is made out of bronze and features David Charles Collier, who was instrumental in the worlds fair which was hosted right here in this park in 1915. He is wearing a hat and has his signature on the plaque. He also is waving visitors the park.

The plaque says, "A Man of Vision - A Dynamic Leader - A Developer and Builder
