West Kishacoquillas Presbyterian Church is located on West Main Street in the town of Belleville, Pennsylvania. The first Presbyterian presence in the area was in the 1770s, when preachers would visit. A log church was erected in 1800, which was replaced by a brick building that was in use until the present church was built in 1860. The church is constructed of brick, which is whitewashed, with a red roof. It has a small bell tower with a dome. A plaque affixed to the wall near the main door notes the year of the building's construction. An addition to the church was built in 1961. There is also a cemetery on the property, behind the church. The church is still active, with one Sunday service and Sunday School classes.
