Una rosa de los vientos , con los nombres de los 8 vientos principales, sirve de base para este reloj de sol y calendario astronómico. Inserto esquema de los puntos cardinales respecto al viento.

"Consta de tres cubos de metal superpuestos fabricados en acero y situado sobre una plataforma de hormigón con los vientos. En el del medio y en dos de sus caras están los planos horarios y los meses astrológicos, el reloj trabaja con dos gnomos, uno para las horas matinales y otro para las vespertinas, en las horas cercanas al mediodía trabajan los dos gnomos proyectando en caras diferentes idénticas sombras y la misma hora.
Ambos gnomos son los dos vértices inferiores del cubo superior de la cara que mira al sur. Este reloj fue premiado con el 3r premio en 1999 en la 6ª Edición del Congreso de Gnomónica celebrado en Italia. El diseño de la escultura se les artistas Joan Olivares y Rafael Amorós".
